I’m eating a fresh mozzarella and tomato salad that I made myself while tomatoes are still in season! I just use vine ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh basil leaves and Ken’s Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing! So delicious. I cut everything up and put the dressing on the side so that I can dip the items in and it won’t be loaded down with it.
